Residence
The shelter is a safe place to stay for women leaving abusive environments. A woman’s decision to leave will affect her life tremendously and a period of adjustment is to be expected. Everyone is different. Our staff will work with women so when the time is right for her to move on, she will be ready.
Our front line workers are good listeners, familiar with all the resources and support systems available in the community. They are well equipped to address a woman’s concerns and fears, while providing encouragement, a helping hand so women can realize their full potential in order to rebuild their lives.
There is an accessible room on the main floor.
